Chromite ore crusher and chromite ore grinding equipment play a vital role in the chrome mining and beneficiation process. When the chromite ore is blasted from chromite mines, the large chromite rocks will be fed into the primary crusher by vibrating feeders, after the primary crushing, the smaller chromite ore rocks will be transferred to the secondary crusher for further crushing via belt conveyor.

In this process, tertiary crusher is needed if necessary. Then the vibrating screen will sieve the crushed ore into different grades. If the customer need more smaller chromite ore powder, the grinding milling machine (ball mill, vertical mill, Raymond mill, trapezium mill etc.) is needed.

The primary crusher will crush the chromite ore down to 50mm, the secondary crusher will reduce the chromite ore into 25mm ore smaller, the fineness crusher will crush the chromite ore less than 5mm, and the grinding mill will grind the chromite ore into powders.

As mentioned above, the crushing process of chromite ore can be divided into three crushing stages. However, the use of portable chromite ore crusher can ingrate the three crushing stages into one. There are already varied types of portable chromite ore crusher for different mining scales. Besides, the transportation and operation length, width and height can be adjusted by choosing suitable model.

The maximum speed can reach up to 1.39 km/h and the engine speed will be at 2100kw.There are both low-capacity stone crushing plant and large scale crushing and screening plant, ranging from 40 tph to more than 1000 tph. Engineers will design and install the whole production line according to particular requirements of customers.
