Project Introduction

A large electrolytic aluminum enterprise in Qinghai is in the process of aluminum electrolyte cleaning and grinding, a large number of electrolyte blocks are removed from the surface of the residue. Because the particle size of the existing electrolytic grinding equipment does not meet the requirements, the accumulated electrolyte block can’t be used in the normal production tank, and there is a tendency of more and more electrolyte block backlog, which greatly occupies the company’s production funds. Therefore, by adding new electrolyte grinding equipment, the accumulated electrolyte block could be ground, the particle size reaches ≦180um-100um (80-150 mesh), and then directly enters the electrolytic cell of normal production through the electrolytic cell feeding system for reuse.
